Thank you for shopping with Chrissi's Creations! We carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure your creations arrive safely.
Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout England, Scotland and Wales, including the Scottish Highlands and islands.
Delivery to Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes).
Due to differences in product safety regulations between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including requirements arising from the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we have temporarily restricted deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales.
If an order is placed with a Northern Ireland delivery address, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.

FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on orders of £20 or more!

- Orders under £20: £4.00
- Orders £20 or more: FREE
Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Parcels up to 2 kg: £5.05
- Parcels over 2 kg: £9.05
All delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Many of our creations are individually 3D printed, and some items may be made to order or personalised.
Where additional production time is required, we will contact you with an update.
Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 refer to delivery services after dispatch. They do not mean your order will arrive within 24 or 48 hours of being placed.
Local Personal Delivery
We also offer personal delivery to selected local postcodes.
- Minimum order: £15
- Delivery charge: £5
- FREE local delivery: On qualifying orders of £20 or more
- Next-day delivery: Subject to stock availability
- Same-day delivery: May be available by prior arrangement

Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, may take a little longer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and the processing time described above is additional to the time taken by the delivery service.
